CHRISTOPHER C DADE, President/CEO
Christopher is a former U.S. Marine with service time in Somalia and Yugoslavia. He also spent five years as a correctional officer with the Illinois Department of Corrections. His educational background includes a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA focusing on Human Resource.
Christopher C Dade is a servant leader who decided to continue the traditional quality service, rooted from his uncle, by directly engaging our clients (partners), our employees, and our community. He has combined this traditional service with development opportunities toward new market changes. Christopher had added a management team, sales team, marketing team and community relations team to enhance the engagement, responsiveness, flexibility and needs of this security firm. Christopher is active on various boards and always seeks opportunities to work with partners and community leaders to remain effective within the surround communities.
DELVAL G DESAVIEU JR, Vice President Security Operations
Delval G Desavieu Jr is one of the newest members to the DDS management team. He served in the U.S. Army for over 19 years, earning a countless number of awards and certifications and holding the rank of Master Sergeant. He has served two tours of duty; one in Iraq and another in Afghanistan. Delval brings a strong background in operations and training. He will oversee the Security Operations team. He has created a strategic training program in which all officers will certify through yearly. Delval is committed to the ongoing development of this organization’s training techniques and is dedicated work closely with each client. A short term goal for this team is to establish a partnership of perpetuity with tangible prevention and protection methods with all clients.
